Security Recommendation

1. Upgrade qBittorrent to the latest version
2. Use a strong password in Options -> WebUI
3. Turn off UPnP/NAT-PMP in Options -> WebUI
4. Do not set the IP address to * in Options -> WebUI
5. Avoid setting localhost or using an IP whitelist without authentication in Options -> WebUI unless absolutely necessary
6. Disable any Run external program in Options -> Downloads unless absolutely necessary

Yes I have ad blocker, I tried disabling it but still does not work.

Also, is there any vpn solution to download torrent that work good on the qnap? I was looking at Private Internet Access but dont know if it is supported on qnap.

hey Slam,

i'm a noobs with network configuration, after tried to connect to a VPN Client since 3 or 4 month (with QTS 4.2... With all the fuck*** provider ! It was probably my fault, a fail somewhere... But i don't know where...) : Anyway : i did it today !!! But only with QTS 4.3

So i bought a VPN on Goldenfrog VPN and i just installed the apps VyprVPN on my QNAP (via the app center).
Be carrefull, to have an openvpn connection you have to buy a Pro or Premium account.

Hope it can be helpfull, and sory for my bad english.

Installed Qvpn service with a lifetime vpn unlimited (around 25$) and everything is working fine.

J'ai un Qnap TS-251+ version 4.3.2.

Ce client fonctionne très très bien pour les download, linker avec couchpotato et sickrage grace à ce forum! Vraiment merci!
Par contre, je rencontre un problème au niveau du seed. Je seed genre 200mo par jour alors que sur mon PC c'était plutot 20go pour la même liste de torrent.

Mes ports sont ouvert sur ma box, j'utilise la même config que quand j'étais sur PC.

Est-ce que quelqu'un connais ce problème?

J'ai un TVS-473 version 4.3.2

admin / adminadmin ne marche ni avec chrome ,browser par défaut, ni avec edge. Je reste avec l' écran qbittorrent web UI.

Si je rentre d' autres codes je suis rejeté puis banni.

Que faire?
 
Suivant le conseil de qoolbox , j'ai testé plusieurs navigateurs . OPERA marche!!

j' utilisais qbittorrent avec windows 10.

Newbie sur QTS existe t'il un petit tutoriel pour adapter la configuration sur windows à celle de QTS.

C' est surtout la partie download qui me pose problème (répertoire de télechargement du qnap, exécution automatique des fichiers .torrent avec prise en compte dans QTS.......).

Moi j'utilise IE car Chrome fonctionne pas avec QBittorrent.

Thank you very much for keeping the program up to date, would there be any possibility of implementing the rss manager? The version for windows and linux have implemented. I hope someday we'll see it and become the best program for Bittorrent in nas. Thank you very much
