QNAP Apache 85 – Installation fails with file format error

Hello,

I have just purchased the “Apache 85” app from the shop. Unfortunately, I am unable to install the app on my QNAP NAS.

My QNAP TVS673 AMD Embedded R-Series RX-421BD 64 GB RAM

Every installation attempt results in the following error message:

Error – 2026-09-01 11:29:31
App Center – App Installation

[App Center] Failed to install Apache85_2467.85080_arm-x41.qpkg.crdownload due to a file format error.

I have already tried all available versions of the app. Regardless of which version I download and try to install, I always receive the same error message.

Could you please let me know how I can install the app correctly or what might be causing this error?
