Hello everyone

I bought the app, before I installed the Qapache dependency and SysPass is installed correctly, but when I have to continue the installation on the page, the connection to the BBDD does not work, says this message. It is not possible to connect to the BD
Error 2002: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory

It takes some more dependency or configuration, in the purchase of the software does not say anything else.

Thank you, greetings.

QoolBox a dit:
how did you setup your DB
and the binding is well done with 127.0.0.1 (not localhost)

I didn't set up any DBs, I didn't find that in the dependencies or configurations when I bought it, I just said Qapache. But if it takes something simple to create the DB, can you guide me a little?

Thank you for your quick response.
Best regards

Create the sysPass database (not tables) and give permissions to the previous user on it
Start the sysPass installation and use the user/password that was previously created for sysPass (the two first fields in the installation page)
Provide a MySQL/MariaDB user with administration rights (it could be the same as previous if it has enough permissions), in order to create sysPass database tables. This user is used only for the installation process and it often would be the user/password for the hosting management
If database connection and permissions are right, the installation should finish successfully

Okay, thank you very much for your guide, I understand that the DB is enough to create it in the MariaDB seeded in QTS? I'm going to try everything you tell me. Again, thank you. Best regards ;)
