Code:
1 ) log in SSH with admin (or admin user and sudo -i)
2) create mail user and password with command :
pgadmin4
once setup, you can CTRL+C to quit pgadmin
3 ) restart QPKG and enjoy
NB : configuration file is within : /opt/PG4admin84/lib/python3.13/site-packages/pgadmin4/config.py
