Dear Amanda
No there is no IP address on top right corner of the home page.
I have already reset my router... without result...
To answer on the 2 points :
1. NAS and PC are connected on the same network. It used to work, untill Sunday 5th April...
The rooter management page dont "see" (=detect) the NAS. So, no IP adress.
2. that's the same : no IP address on rooter management page and NAS home page...
To resume and translate my first mail :
The NAS isn't detected neither on ISP rooter, ISP player, PC, tablet, smartphone.
No IP Adress, no access to Asustor portal (local or internet)
LEDs seem to be OK (blue one, green one, LAN)
--> Help !!!
Thank you,

Thanks for your reply.
Please help to check the following point.
1. Can you see the ADM icon on the TV? if yes, please try to use keyboard/mouse to login to ADM and go System Information > Network then take a picture of it to us.
2. Please try to reset your NAS to see whether it works.

3. Connect your NAS directly to a PC and provide the health record to us for investigation.

Thanks for contacting with us.
Can you see the IP address on top right corner of the home page?
Please follow the point to see whether it works.
Before starting below process, please make sure NAS and PC are in the same local network area.
1. Log in your router management page to see if there is an IP address assigned to your NAS (by checking MAC address.) If yes, please check is the IP address in the management page same as your NAS IP address. If not, please reset your router.
2. If the IP address in the management page is same as NAS IP address and router has been reset, please reset your NAS.
Please give it a try.
Thank you.
Please feel free to contact us, if you have any further questions or concern,
